Your maids will strive to provide excellent service on every visit. See below for basic services offered. For special needs or customized cleaning services, please contact us.

All Rooms

  • Dust - Furniture, shelves, light dusting of blinds and shutters, windows, ceiling fans and decor.
  • No more Cobwebs- Your maids will remove them all in each room.
  • Floors- Vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs.
  • Glass- Dust and Clean all glass surfaces.
  • Trash- Empty trash in all rooms.
  • Handles- Clean and disinfect all knobs and door handles, switches and outlets.
  • Stairs & Hallways- Sweep, mop & vacuum stairs, hallways, entrance and rails.
  • Beds- Change Linens, make beds. Dust under the beds if possible..
  • Walls & Baseboard- Attempt to remove visible stains. Dust all baseboards.
  • Doors & Doorways- Dust all doors and doorways. Attempt to remove any visible stains.
  • Ceiling Fans- Dust all reachable ceiling fans.
  • Windows & Blinds- Lightly dust windows and blinds.

Kitchen

  • Appliances - Clean, dry and shine all exteriors.
  • Sink- Clean, scrub and sanitize. Wash dishes.
  • Stove- Clean stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs.
  • Counter Tops- Wash and sanitize countertops.
  • Cabinets- Wipe cabinets fronts, leave a light polish.
  • Microwave- Clean microwave oven inside and out, including turntable.
  • Refrigerator- Clean, dry and shine exterior. Clean most magnets on fridge.

Bathroom

  • Sink & Counter Top - Clean, dry and shine all exteriors.
  • Shower & Tub- Clean, scrub and sanitize. Wash dishes.
  • Toilets-Scrub toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank, and base.
  • Mirrors & Fixtures- Wash and sanitize countertops.
  • Cabinets- Wipe cabinets fronts, leave a light polish.

Your Checklist: Every customer has different needs. That is why with Neighborhood Maids you have the freedom to customize your service to fit your individual needs. At the time of your booking, please let our office know what items you'd like done by your maid. If there is anything not listed, just add it.

Neighborhood Maids offers same day service at no extra charge. Availability is limited so please call us as soon as you have the preferred time of your cleaning.
